What is Beyond College Mentorship?

Beyond College is a nonprofit mentorship program led by Christian professionals from companies such as Google, Meta, Salesforce, and SpaceX. We offer practical guidance to college students on career readiness, relationships, character, and leadership to help them navigate life during and after college. While grounded in Christian values, our program does not require religious belief and is open to all students, offering a supportive environment to grow with confidence and purpose.

OUR MENTORS & COACHES

Meet our dedicated team of mentors and coaches, here to guide and support you throughout your college journey and beyond!

5 C's of Beyond

Our mentorship program is built on the 5 C’s: Career, Competency, Character, Connection, & Calling — key foundations for thriving beyond college.

01.                                              Career

Build the habits and experiences employers value, gain confidence through real interactions, and develop perseverance to thrive in your career.

02.                             Competency

From managing your money to managing your time, from cooking quick meals to building healthy habits, become capable, confident, and ready for whatever life throws at you.

03.                                     Character

By cultivating integrity, resilience, and focus, you can achieve more, influence others positively, and navigate life’s challenges with confidence.

04

Build deeper relationships and navigate conflict with confidence. Learn practical skills for meaningful conversations that strengthen both friendships and your future career.

04.                                Connection

05.                                              Calling

Stop drifting through college — discover your ‘why,’ shape the person you want to become, and start building a life that actually matters.

Calling gives direction to everything else — it’s what makes your career more than a paycheck, your competencies more than just skills, your character more than good habits, and your connections more than just friendships. When you understand your calling, all the other C’s come together with purpose. It’s the anchor that keeps you grounded and the compass that keeps you moving forward.

… and much more.

What happens after completing a track?

Mentorship isn't just a program; it's a relationship of trust & guidance. We offer 1-on-1 coaching sessions to focus on how you want to grow and your areas of need.

Is it really free?

Yes, it is free. We understand that college is difficult and the future is more uncertain than ever. But that doesn't mean you need to navigate that journey alone. Motivated by our Christian faith, our desire is to see students thrive in college & beyond, academically, professionally & personally. Each of us had a mentor in college, and now it's our turn to pass it on.
