ABOUT US
Beyond College Mentorship is a nonprofit program supporting undergraduate students through practical guidance and personal growth. We provide workshops and small-group or one-on-one mentorship on topics like time and stress management, resume and interview preparation, and personal development—including relationships, character, and discovering your purpose.
While our mentorship is grounded in Christian values, our content is largely non-religious and open to all college students and recent graduates, regardless of faith or cultural background. We strive to create a welcoming, safe, and supportive environment where every student can thrive.

Our mentor GUIDES walk alongside you throughout your college journey—creating a safe space for reflection, growth, and honest conversations about life and purpose. Each guide leads a small cohort through our 4-week mentorship experience, offering practical wisdom and real-world encouragement.

CONSULTANTS
Beyond your cohort, you’ll be matched with one of our 2,000+ career CAREER CONSULTANT—seasoned professionals across 50+ industries who are eager to share what they’ve learned along the way. Each semester, you’ll have two personalized 30-minute Zoom sessions to gain insight, clarity, and next-step guidance for your career path.
